Shipping Methods

*We currently do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or International addresses.

*Our shipping window is 4 DAYS(M-F). Once your order is received, please allow up to 4 business days to process, pack and ship your order. We thank you for your patience at this time.  We appreciate your understanding.

All orders from Mistralsoap.com are processed between 10am and 3:30pm (PST) Monday through Thursday, Friday10am-1:30pm (PST). As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will usually be shipped within our 4 day shipping window.

While we do everything we can to have your soap leave our warehouse within our 4 day shipping window, there may be occasional delays which are beyond our control. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it may be subject to any delays our shipping partners may experience.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The shipping courier (UPS or USPS) is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost or stolen package, it is the responsibility of the courier and all inquiries must be directed to them. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.

We do offer Route+ (follow this link and click "File A Claim") Package Protection as an option at checkout. This service insures against all lost, damaged, and stolen packages and provides real-time tracking on your order. We highly recommend selecting this option on all orders and downloading their app to your preferred device.

Due to liability of the courier, no refund or exchange will be issued until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process that often take several weeks or more to complete.

Mistral is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a proof of delivery. 

International Duties and Taxes

Once your package arrives to its destination country, it will be held for customs inspection, and may be subject to duties, taxes and/or broker fees. Mistral Soap has no control over the fees, and we do not pay the fees. Our shipping partner will contact you regarding payment and delivery. We do list the full value of the contents of the package on the customs form for approval.

International orders will ship via FEDEX, the United States Post Office or UPS, 10 to 12 days for delivery, even if expedited is chosen.  Shipping prices for deliveries are calculated by weight and distance of shipping. Perfume MUST ship via FEDEX. If you have chosen and other delivery partners, we will send via UPS.

All perfume & bath salts are marked as DANGEROUS GOODS. Our perfume is in an alcohol base and must be shipped as a dangerous good via FEDEX. UPS does not ship dangerous good to Australia.

Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping fees for returned packages due to refusal to pay duties, taxes and/or broker fees.

If your package is returned to our warehouse as:

RETURN TO SENDER/NO MAIL RECEPTACLE/UNABLE TO FORWARD

We will credit your original form of payment, minus any shipping fees. We are not responsible for reshipping your package

Free Shipping and Ground are shipped via USPS (unless USPS does not deliver to that location). You will receive a confirmation via email or text, depending on what you have chosen, with the tracking information once your order has been processed. 

UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or US holidays.

We highly recommend choosing UPS expedited OVERNIGHT or 2ndDAY if you need an order by a specific date. USPS Priority Mail will NOT ensure that your package arrives on specified date.

 

Free Shipping Offers

Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $58. Free shipping is calculated after ALL discounts have been applied and before tax (if applicable).

Free shipping is only available for ground shipping within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

All products must be shipped to the same address per order.

Mistral LLC reserves the right to end or change the current Free Shipping offer at any time.

Backorders

We do not backorder products. If a product inadvertently goes out of stock, we will credit your original form of payment and include a note in your order with a discount code to use when your item is back in stock or to use on your next order.
