Returns & Exchanges

Mistral returns are handled on a case by case basis. Returns must be complete within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a Mistral purchase please email us within 30 days at Bonjour@mistralsoap.com.

Unfortunately opened/used bottles are perfume are unable to be returned. Each bottle of perfume is sold with a tester to try before opening. Perfume samples are FINAL SALE. Items from our CLEARANCE page are FINAL SALE.

You may return merchandise purchased through MistralSoap.com for a refund or credit to our site. Please email Customer Service at Bonjour@mistralsoap.com and include your order number.  Please allow up to 48 hours for reply.  You will be email a link to a return label. Once we receive your return to our warehouse your order will be processed. 

Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

  • Please enclose a copy of the invoice with instructions on how to handle the return.
  • Include a daytime phone number where we can contact you.    

Customers who purchase products from Mistral’s website may return them by mail.

Any items purchased thru our wholesale partners should be returned to the original point of purchase.

Items purchased thru Amazon, should follow Amazons return process.

REPORT ORDER PROBLEMS

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at Bonjour@Mistrasoap.com. Please understand that in some cases we will send you a return label to send the defective product back to us.
