is anyone willing to intervene to help me in some way? As the shipper contact USPS to trace the shipment? Or?
Here I am 27 days after I’ve placed my order and 23 days since you shipped it and not received it. No products you’ve charged me for and I’ve paid for. But this isn’t what I consider the worst part of this matter.
What is so disappointing is after one general response from my initial inquiry indicating to refer to the tracking, no response thereafter as I’ve continually inquired. No help at all! No customer service for a customer without products for all this time!
So disappointing for such lack of care and concern for a customer in this situation.
How would you feel as a customer placing an order, paying for an order, then 27/23 days later in this predicament and no response?

I originally bought a Camellia Iris soap in a gift shop and I loved the scent so much, I found out who made it and ordered some. I'd been trying for about 6 mos over the past year to order more and it wasn't available.
I was so happy when it became available again.
I am very particular about scents - especially perfumes, soaps, etc. because I have a very strong sense of smell and love beautiful scents. You can't go wrong with Camellia Iris.
Also, Mistral is a first class company to deal with.
