Your website is not easy to navigate. Also spoke to rep about out of stock Bourbon Vanilla Balm and was told "1- week it will be back in stock" . Was told I would receive an e mail stating it was back in stock. Never received e mail. a month later it was back in stock.
Also $8 shipping is ridiculous!! Too many choices for balm out there.

I placed an order. They charged me. I called a week later and they said it was in the process of being shipped Two weeks later I never received the order and I called and they had to resend it saying something must’ve got messed up. And I don’t like being charged for returns.

I think free returns and "package protection" should be a standard business practice if you are shipping your products. I should not have to pay a 2.49 fee for something that is your company's responsibility to the customer.

I have been ordering Mistral bar soaps for at least 10 years or more. I was extremely disappointed that a lot of what I used to order which were the classic bar soaps like the blackberry and some other others they were not available any longer. I had ordered so many bars of soap from you. I had two full boxes sitting in my closet . I understand things change and I did place an order this time with you, but I was disappointed that some of the classic soaps no longer exist. I probably won’t be ordering as much only because I’m not as happy with the selection . You had more of a variety, especially in the classic bar soaps. Thank you.
