SHIPPING METHOD & RATES

All orders from Mistralsoap.com are processed between 9am and 3:30pm (PST) Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will usually be shipped within 24 hours.

Our items are shipped via UPS and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information after the product has left our warehouse. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.

We do not ship on holidays.
All orders $200.00 or more will be shipped "Signature Required"

Free Shipping (ground only) Offers

For Free Shipping (ground only), you must select the "Free Shipping (ground only) " option at checkout. Standard ground shipping charges will be deducted from your order when you make a purchase for the amount required by the promotion.

Offer available to US Delivery addresses, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

All products must be shipped to same address per order.

For promotions offering Free Shipping (ground only) on specific products, shipping charges will be deducted for the entire order.

Mistral, LLC reserves the right to end or change the current Free Shipping (ground only) offer at any time.

ORDER STATUS

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. All orders are processed the next business day. Please expect approximately the following amount of time for the processing and shipping of an order once UPS receives your package. Click Here to Track Your Order

You may request express shipping for an additional charge. See shipping methods and rates above.

Shipment tracking is a service provided by the carrier chosen for the delivery of your package. Each carrier assigns a unique tracking code to your package once that package is recorded as being in their system, i.e. has actually left our distribution warehouse. Mistral is given access to these tracking codes by the carrier once a package is shipped. Until the carrier assigns these tracking codes, Mistral cannot provide you access to tracking codes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every item sold by Mistral is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a Mistral purchase please send it back to us within 30 days accompanied by a Mistral Phone/Web Receipt. You may return merchandise purchased by Phone/Web through the mail for a replacement or refund.
